is there any tool to get exactly PR??

sometimes PR be 4.6 or 4.7 and toolbar disply it as PR 5.
it is easy to get back .2 or .3
is there any tool to get exactly PR.

i was puzzled why mine went from 0-3 and then 3-0 in the space of a week.
Seems there are rogue servers which have wrong info

Not really. It gives you an indication if you have a strong PR value or you just scraped by and need more work to maintain your current position at the next update.

 

Remember that the PR displayed on the Google Toolbar is just that - Toolbar PR. Your true PR is something totally different.

 

google toolbar allways gets your page rank results from a different database . you can use multipage rank tools to use your page rank

By the way don't be too hung up on your pr rating. No matter where you check it it is still only a guide as to the viability or general reading of your website. It's all about perceived value which takes into consideration, links, pr, traffic, revenue, content etc. Focus on the overall picture of your business. A complete website will have a credible market value and viable revenue which is the bottom line.

To answer your question, no there isn't, only Google knows your true page rank.

Why use a specific tool when you can get all of your SEO indications in one mega tool:
page rank for multiple pages
positions for search terms in Yahoo and Google
number of referrers
referrer links analysis (the referring url PR, the link text)
keyword density
number of indexed pages

All of that will be polled on a weekly basis and show you graphs of historical data.
