    You could get a niche by looking at high payng keywords and then seeing if there are any competitors. You can use Wordtraker and Adwords account.

    Try inventory.overture.com. Even goodkeywords.com fetches data from here.
    And try Adword too It is not much precise but it helps finding keywords
