I don't think there would be such tools. You might want to record it yourself, IMO. :)

    Thanks,

If its a blog, most of the bloggers do post the widget for the PR of their blog, you can check that widget. I per my knowledge there no such tool from google.

I never thought I need one. Why do you need to know the previous PR when you have most updated one?

It would take a lot of disk space to store the history for all the different sites out there.

I have never heard of such a tool.
But if you have interest in it, you can try this Pagerank prediction tool, which can help you predict your website's future PageRank based on the quality and quantity of backlinks.

None that I know of, however, a site is being created that will do this. It will not work for
the entire web though, it would record the PR history, Google cache history, etc for those
    who register.

@tech163, "It would take a lot of disk space to store the history for all the different sites out there."

True, but then, look at the data that Alexa stores. It can be done, but it's not a home-hobby project
and not (as you say) on our home PCs desktop.

Just curious why would you need to know the previous PR coz a buyer, if there's one, will never interested in your previous PR if they're gonna buy post or link from you.

It's interesting to know the previous PR for various reasons. If you've acquired some links, for example, it can be helpful to check whether the PR of those linking pages has changed after a toolbar update. I guess the only way to figure this out at present is to keep your own records.

Another reason why it's good to know the previous PR is to check if a link has lost some PR after an update. Maybe you bought a link or you made a blog comment. If you bought a link on a monthly basis and the PR dropped you could ditch it or renegotiate the price. I've recently seen evidence of high PR pages with lots of spammy blog comments lose their PR after the update (going from PR7 --> PR N/A). This is a good signal that such links have been completely devalued, so it's useful to keep track of toolbar PR, even if it is a very crude metric for measuring a page's strength.

Actually i did link building for 1 client and now he came back after 3 month and told me that some site has 0 pr and when i told him that this is because of pr update, so he said, show him snap shot or PR otherwise i will know that its pr 0...

so i thought if i could get any tool which tells past pr then it can make my work easy as i not have snapshot
