I am working on a project and it requires me to find contact details of people from different countries. Is there any tool or website or any other means to find such kind of information?

There is nothing automatic for this thing.
But you can find it manually using whois search engine.

You could try linkedin. You will find a large number of professionals who you could network with. I think that should help you.
