there is no good tool out there yet as different sites use different scripts. you can use socialmarker or onlywire and see how it works. not a whole of of sites you can submit to but atleast better than none
I think there's no tool yet made for that purpose but I know a social bookarking tool wherein inside of that software there are hundreds of social bookmarking sites and that software is called as "Bookmarking Demon" that software is considered as a blackhat tool because of its automated process of submitting to all of the social bookmarking sites . Better yet try socialmarker.com, there's a lot of bookmarking sites available there.
There is nothing blackhat about bookmarking demon It's a great tool, I've been using it for years & it's always updating.. The latest version is simply outstanding. You can see this blog post I made in 2008, still using it every other week, when I get some good pages built up. I bookmark with more than 20 accounts, and can see 100's of visitors after the submissions.
