    it appears to be custom made, I've never seen any free/premium themes that have that exact layout.

    Appears custom, but with some minor tweaking you may be able to get the Gallery Theme to look and behave similarly.

    Try the theme called BoxTube and you might like it... or you can also look for morning after or grid lock!
