Actually to get indexed it is fairly simple. If you want your site indexed in Google you just create an account with Google Webmaster Tools then create and submit an XML sitemap to Google. Sit back and watch your site get indexed. Submitting your site to directories, writing articles and even linking from your forum signature are good but not necessary to get indexed in Google.
As some have said, it's all about the incoming links. You can submit directly to MSN.com and they will index your website rather quickly, but Google will index your website faster with in-bound links.
oic... thanks man. By the way, how long does it take to see my site to start index in google/ yahoo/ msn? And i cant see any info in my google webmaster .... Dashboard/ Statistics/ Crawl stats why? How long does it take to get those stat info?
If you submit directly to MSN it takes a couple days or so. If you can get a few inbound links on quality websites it might take a week or less to get indexed into Google. You must be indexed into Google before webmaster stats work I believe You should try installing Google Analytics on your website. It's free.
