You're going to have to generate leads like everyone else does. There's no software specifically for SEO. SEO is a niche just like gardening, baby toys, or bank loans. Create a brand then promote it vie facebook, twitter, SEO, youtube videos, etc. Traffic is the name of the game in IM.

I think is hard to find software like that. But, actually seo is about traffic, and it's about how we can use others popular site to drive traffic. LIke youtube, 4shared, slideshare, facebook, etc.
If I understand you correctly, you want your site to rank higher in Search Engines, driving more traffic. What you can do, is install some SEO Plugins that will take care of the dirty work if you are on Wordpress.
