    Hi, am I right in thinking you want a created site for you to optimise? If so, why not use a free wordpress theme and then optimise it gaining experience? Just google "free wordpress themes"

    make on log in blogger after that put adsense on blog optimize you blog and get traffic if any person can click on ad you can earn money after $100 will compete you can get payment
