Is there any service that provides you with site traffic information if I wanted to look a site up? To see if traffic is organic, etc
Hi Denzeldry: Their is a website called Alexa.com You can look them up and you can download their ranking software. It's probably one of the top sites for this. Another site is Similarweb.com and it checks traffic also. It's similar to Alexa. A third choice is Compete.com. It's similar to Alexa, but this site only checks US based traffic. If you are looking for information about a site that you own, I prefer web logs like webalizer or traffic counters like statcounter over Google Analytics. If you are looking for traffic analyses of websites that you do not own...forget it. The sites like alexa, etc., are all crap, for the most part.
