Is there any service which offers to transfer fund from paypal to westernunion ?

I have to withdraw paypal fund. So Are there any service which enables to transfer fund from paypal to western union or paypal to payoneer debit cards ?
Or is there anyone providing such service ?

 

Yeah, Im also looking for service like this. Maybe paypal should introduce some sorta system that lets users withdraw funds from paypal to WU.

No, the payoneer does not accept direct deposits, at least not in the conventional sense.

As long as Paypal does not offer the transfer to Western Union, it would not be deemed acceptable to use any 3rd party exchanger as it would be prohibited by your contractual agreement.

Besides as I have mentioned in your other thread, with the exception of a few countries, all approved countries in paypal's Receive/Send list have an option to withdraw to a local bank account or credit/debit card.

If you signed up with fake details like a fake address or pretended to be from a country that you are not then of course Paypal will make your life a living hell as you breached your responsibility and contractual agreement by lying about such fundamental information. If paypal permits such abuses then they would not have placed any requirements to verify or even state so clearly that you need to provide real and accurate information.

Blame yourself for the situation you have put yourself in. Any options you try to look at would be in vain and they would not be acceptable in Paypal's eyes.

The only way you could do this is if you request someone to personally facilitate this for you. You pay someone via Paypal and then that person would send you back the money via Western Union. Best if you can request someone like a friend or anybody you can trust.

 

No, there is not a service like that. but you can get a help from a trusted person.

 

But if you do exchange with someone else, make sure that you accept any consequences because Paypal did explicitly mentioned that currency exchanges is prohibited. It can get you and the one you are exchanging with in trouble.
