I suggest you to find it manually on google. There are no tools that are really uptodate these days on finding dofollow blogs. You can get it by doing a manual search on google, yahoo, or other search engines. just check the comments are dofollow manually and start your own list.

 

Its true. It is hard to find dofollow blogs. Even if you find and post a irrelevant comment with your link, surely the moderator will unapprove your comment. No doubt.

Don't waste time in finding dofollow blogs...
