Is there any restrictions on freezing the account ?

    I have made above $150 and i stopped this adsense business.
    Its been like 6 months now.
    Can i freeze my payments as long as i want ?

    Yes you can freeze it. As it has been 6 months and you haven't been paid I guess it is already on payment holding.
