Hello there, In fact we provide online tech support out of India and receive payment through credit card of our customer but there some fraud customers are also and they apply for chargeback after 1 week to 12 months from purchasing our services, is there any payment gateway that allow 10%-30% chargeback if it occurs to our merchant ac? Visa/MC max chargeback max rates are 1.5%. If you can't do business and maintain chargebacks under at least 5% it's pretty tough to make a case that you are performing a valid and legitimate service. There's plenty of fraud screening and prevention tools that no legitimate business would be operating at 10% fraud rates.
It's not the gateway that gauges chargebacks; it's the bank and the processor. You might be able to obtain an aggregate account with a chargeback threshold that high, but you are most likely going to pay at least 18%. No domestic ISO/MSP (high-risk or otherwise) will take liability on anyone with a chargeback ratio that is that high. However, if you are running a legitimate business; a chargeback ratio this high means there is probably something wrong with your terms & conditions or the product/service you are delivering is subpar to what you are promising to deliver and in-turn consumers are unsatisfied.

If you provide geniun service and maintain 100% customer satisfaction then any payment processor will accept other you not going to get a payment processor allowing 30% chargebacks.
