    I like to know about Geo-Targeting in Google Ad-words. What are all the Limitations and New Features in it. Is there Options to set Specific Area in a country?

    There is an option of opting out only specific area in a country, but not all countries have this option. From my knowledge only U.S and maybe U.K may have this options.
