Is there any money to be made with Sponsored Tweets?

Sponsored Tweets allows Twitter users with tons of followers to promote products and get paid for it! I find that this service makes a lot of sense, but I don't think it's practical for making a decent amount of money. Anybody use this service and can give feedback?

    If you abuse, yes.
but if you take one offer in a while, I don't think that's a problem ..

Exactly. Might be fine for certain businesses/industries if the advertising is highly relevant and will benefit followers, but I'd not want to risk losing followers.

This is absolutely wrong. If anything i gained followers from people retweeting the sponsored tweets.

The price not only depends on the amount of your followers, but what niche they are in. If you have an account like mine, many "affiliate marketer" followers, you can price accordingly based on that. But if you don't have a set niche of followers, you will be getting a lot less. Start high, then drop your price accordingly.
