Is there any harm from "nofollow" links

    Hello,

    I know Google does not crawl or follow links that has "nofollow" attribute. But I need to know, is there any harm if website has some "nofollow" links.

    Can any one explain me about this.

    yes no follow links did not increase the rankings.

    Yes that's true, I agree with Shiva0077, but nofollow does not increase the ranking means that does not say it will harmful to the site.

    considering ranking there are some more factors that would need to consider. nofollow or dofollow would not the only reason for that.

    but I need to know , does nofollow decrease the ranking or any other spammy issue for the site

    they are NOT harmful to your site, the nofollow means that any PR on the pages the links are on is not passed to your link.
