Is there any good image hosting service out there?

    which supports

    a) uploading large images
    b) permanent hosting (i dont want them deleted in 30 days or so)
    c) no, or at least not so blatant ad attaching
    d) preferably, no registration process - just shoot & get a perm link

    ?

    Thanks,
    M.

You might want to check out Flickr. It's a free photo sharing web site. I find a lot of bloggers have links to their photos on there. I haven't tried it before but I'm thinking about signing up. It's free.

    I quite Like PhotoBucket.

I think you'll find that most of these services require a registration.

There are no ads on PhotoBucket.

I like ImageShack - I used it for a while before I got my own server set up and started just using FTP

I've started an image hosting site - mostly as an added tool for my ebay auction template clients. Its pretty simple - you're welcome to give it a swing - its a free image hosting site - you have to register - but I won't be emailing memebers or anything like that

If you find those free hosting sites are not what you are after like mentioned above why not look into paid hosting? You just need a domain name and you can get hosting from like $1 a month for a decent amount of diskspace and bandwidth.

The only free image hosting places I have seen have been mentioned and the others use watermarks on the images as well as heaps of banner adverts around the page.
