    depends what easy is...

    1 that's totally trendy right now is phpCake.. but i've heard it lacks documentation...


    on the other hand i've personally tried CodeIgniter.. it has a really good built in tutorial and code is pretty simple and straight forward... though it lacks examples for more complex development...

    anyhow.. these are by far the 2 best frameworks in php

    Personally, I would go with cake or symphony. If you want to pay, go with Zend.
