Is there any free of charge affiliate program?

    Sometimes affiliate programs require a payment (like Web Position Gold). Usually it is free to join affiliate program.

    All affiliate programs are free to join. If you have run into some that charge to join they are usually MLM programs that try to legitimize themselves by calling it affiliate marketing. If they charge it's MLM.

    i think Bledford55 is looking for affiliate programs where you as a publisher get a comission when your site's users do something (but are not required to pay) for services on the site for which you are an affiliate.
