I would not recommend submitting the same Title, Keywords and Descriptions to all of them. I have found in my experience that if you change the anchor texts on submissions you will gain more benefit from search engines then just having the same duplicate description plastered all over the interweb. Yeah, directories are more strict than search engines. Usually human edited. You should be careful with them, or they will reject you. Also, it may be better to register a site BEFORE you monetize it. They may reject sites that are too "commercial."
You can use the free version of Brad Callens Directory Submitter. It isn't fully automatic as such but does really speed up the whole process. You can program multiple titles and descriptions etc. Andy
