There is nothing like automated software to do white hat SEO. You have to do the things manually or you can take help of SEO agencies to do the job for you.

No, white-hat SEO takes a lot of thinking and human reasoning. It also involves getting backlinks which a piece of software cannot do. It takes human outreach. (Until machines get smart enough, that is.)

SEO is a type of research work, where you do analysis of website, keyword and your competitor as per the market strength. Here lots of tools by which you can get help but all the SEO process are manual, so explore more & create win-win condition.

It is better to do manual SEO although there are some software tools which may be a bit expensive.

There is no such thing as automated white hat SEO. Whole point of white hat SEO is that its 'natural' and slow.

    This question is self contradicting.
Whenever you are using automated stuff, it is no longer whitehat SEO.

That depends on which software. If you do not know what you are supposed to be doing manually, software will not magically fix that for you. Look at Scrapebox, for example. Everything it can do, you can do manually. But if you do not know how to use advanced Google search, it is not going to tell you how to. You still need to know which commands to issue. Or Longtail Pro. It will not pick keywords from you, it just accesses Google's Keyword Tool from AdWords in a different user interface. Unless you understand terminology and usage of it, it is unlikely you'll find automation tool all that useful.
