Feedback Is there any Flaw in the Infraction system here ?

I love DP and I respect the moderators here. But I am really frustrated with the Infractions I have received here recently.

I posted a thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2410620&p=17369131#post17369131 recently and it was removed by the moderators and they gave me an infraction.

Then I posted an objection about it here : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2413322 and I got the following reply :

I provide web 2.0 services in which I post unique articles to sites like squidoo, hubpages etc with a link back to the buyer's website. The articles are unique (written by me) and informative. How is this spamming ? Can anyone explain me ?

If that is spamming, what will you call the following threads ? (No Offense to the thread starters) :

    and there are tons more..

Not only this, when I posted the thread for feedback on my infraction (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2413322) , the mods also deleted my other service threads : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2413203&p=17381109#post17381109 and http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2408164&p=17358594#post17358594 and gave me 2 more infractions.

Now please check this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2412874 . Is it not completely similar to my thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2413203&p=17381109#post17381109 ? Why is that not deleted ? I am really confused.

Again, I really respect the mods and I will highly appreciate if they provide justification for the above happening.

With over 1/2 million registered members, posts that violate our posting guidelines slip by. We appreciate the help of members who report threads that violate our posting guidelines.

All the posts that I reported in the Opening Thread are still live and running. hope mods will take action on those.

I browse the Buy/Sell section of DP every hour, so I think I can report threads that violates the TOS.

Consider there is only a handfull of mods on the forums and the fact that there is no doubt hundreds and hundreds of reported posts each day. It would be impossible to get all the reported threads sorted each day - the mods do a good job it just takes time for them to get through everything. If you have reported the thread and it needs sorted.. it will just not right away.
