In Germany there are several intext-advertising networks that offer a minimum price or a fixed price for intext advertisment. Is there any such network/such offer for the US market oder maybe even the international market as a whole?
You can find a list of all intext-adnetworks for the german market on this website: http://www.vermarktercheck.de/kategorien/intext/ Some networks listed on this site are supporting US-traffic but I don't know any network with US-targeted ads that pays a fixed price per click. But I don't think that a fixed price is a good criterion to compare ad-networks. You should always compare them by their eCPM.
