    The person that mentioned using the file editor in cPanel was heading you in the right direction. Another way would be to use Firefox and use the built-in HTML/CSS editor. Wordpress also has a CSS editor that works fairly well. Good luck.☺

    1st of all, are you using a content management system like wordpress? Because the editor in the newest version lets you modify the files inside the wp admin.if its taking10 minutes to load your changes, that's probably your browser cache.

    I would recommend not to edit online. Edit on ur local machine and upload it.
