Is there any DMOZ alternative ?

Hello,

Is there any DMOZ alternative which is good for SEO or any other directory which as the similar scope as DMOZ

Many suggested me Yahoo directory. Is there any thing other than this with more scope ?

Recently i submitted my site to DMOZ and really i lost my patience waiting for its approval... so a alternative will improve the site's SEO

 

Dmoz is very powerful directory.

 

I think dmoz is the best but there does seem to be loads of other directories available. Search for them on google.

 

DMOZ definitely takes time but this is best free-directory.

 

Here's a list of high traffic directories. Look for ones that get their traffic from people looking for information, rather than directories that have only webmaster traffic looking for a link.

 

Unfortuantely, DMOZ is the number one directory out there that will boost your ranking. However, that doesn't mean that there aren't directories with less page rank that will benefit you.

 

Dmoz is the No.1 but there many other web directory available, Google directory and many other directory those still accept free submission

 

Dmoz is nice, but my guess is that it gets devalued soon enough if it hasn't already. It's too hard to get into most directories nowadays or too expensive. I think money is better spent elsewhere.

 

DMOZ is one of a kind , thank God.

You can find other directories but DMOZ will only gives you results

 

directories are overrated especially if you're website is in a small niche. they are important if you're website is in a big competitive niche.

 

DMOZ is Google's most favorite. And so far there is no any alternative directory for DMOZ!
