Is there any difference to have backlinks for domain.com/page.html or domain.com/page.html#title (this make the browser to show the part of the page with title name) i normally use this for digg so i wanted to know does it have any bad influence in SEO and page ranking for page.html ?!

I really see no reason why it would make a difference, google and the other SEs are *hopefully* smart enough to know what #title is.

There is no difference in Google or Yahoo. I assume MSN is the same.
