hey i am using cpalead but my visitors that cpalead mostly require to download .exe files and install them rather than complete a survey as before. they rather hate those action so please any one who know which cpa networks have survey only(or mostly surveys) content blocker? Thanks.
You may try blamads or adscendmedia. Also, you can try to create your own content gateway so that you can add any offers (incetivized & gateway allowed) you want to your gateway.
