Is there any Chance to access US Verified Paypal account in other region?

    Because PayPal banned sending payments from India and some other countries, so is there any chance to access US or any verified PayPal account to send payments from other region where the PayPal service is not available.

    nope, you will be banned. besides US account needs US banks to verify it.

    Offcourse dear, you just need to connect another IP via VPN software, But make sure your VPN is too secure and fast otherwise ip would be traced and you will be banned.
    I am using Pure VPN, it is too secure and gives 24 hours Support.

    Well after reading some post above which i don't think so is relevant to you question.

    anyways, it is not possible to get paypal account where is it not allowed. Whether you use vpn or proxy. VPN does not have any connection with Paypal payment or subscription. VPN is an advanced option / feature which allow you to access the blocked sites and web anonymously and with absolute security.

    To get paypal payment and account. You will need to have a US address and details.

    I am a VPN user and geek and i do not have paypal account either...
