look on hotscripts.com /search for 'invoicing' 'billing' - there are loads of variants that you could use for webhosting billing. personally, i just use an excel spreadsheet!
(to keep track of orders - not actually produce invoices)... though i suppose you could use access and connect reports to HTML pages that could be sent as email ?? just a thought
