Tell me by ur experience and knowledge that is there any best position, or any ad format in adsense where the most clicks happens... it wld be greatful to get the answer....
the bigger rectangle, in the starting of the article, covered by all sides by text is the best place to put ads...

try to make it look like your content, in my case, I make it look like a menu , ex: http://ynghia.net
Damn, that was a surprise to see that page. Does that really work for you? Have to admit my vision was directed elsewhere. Even looking at the menu, I didn;t see the adverts.

I get good clicks when I insert a large rectangle (covered by content) at the left side of my page. A vertical banner below links will be better.
Vertical Banner on left and large rectange on top left generally yield more clicks. Of course Text link ads - with menu bar too are a good strategy to get clicks!

It depends of your site design, but usually side bar at the right seem to work quite well. The reason is because they are near the scroll bar and users seem to pass the cursor over them more often. Users are more likely to see them and click. My best suggestion is to try. Usually, near navigation elements.
All it depened on your site and its Layout ..Some layouts can earn you a lot from the footer adsense adds and Some cant even earn from the adds in the middle of the page
