I can only say there are such programs... but it depends on what affiliate products and websites you're talking about.

You need to provide more details so others can give you the best advice...

 

Not sure what you mean exactly, but i have a content site creation system in my signature. It allows you to use your own ads '4 of 5 times'. If you are looking for product referrals, you can also use amazon widgets instead of PPC ads with the system i think.. it's open for everything that is based on iframes or html.
