Just do it manually. You will get better results and more quality listings, then when using an auto submitter or submitter software, imho.

I have used informenter and roboform, but it takes time to find all the directories I want to submit to, so in addition to them I use DigiXMAS from www.digixmas.com. It's faster than informenter and roboform, but it doesn't give me as much "control" as I want. It randomly rotates through three different link options (which you can change when you aren't currently submitting sites), so you won't get the same link text all the time, but it would be nice to see how often each title/descirption is used. There's no web browser built in, so you can't see which directories you are submitting to, and it only works with certain php link directories (phpld).

On the good side, the submission list is updated frequently (usually 5 or 6 new directories every day), so it is a good "shotgun" approach to link submissions...that is, I spend 5 minutes submitting a dozen sites to 5 or 6 new directories in the morning and then go on with my regular day. When I stumble upon directories I'm not in, I use informenter.

Oh, and should probably mention that each site you want to submit costs $10 or you can get an unlimited account for $50. The free version only gives you access to 250 PR0 directories. And, I am not affiliated with them, so this is not a promotional plug for me. :D

p.p.s - Please don't tell me how manual submission is the best. Whether it is or not is irrelevant in my case because my time is very limited. It could be a proven fact that doing the mambo while submitting links was a sure fire way to get only PR5 links, but that wouldn't change the fact that I have kids (although somedays I wish it would!!). ;)

315 directories only. We have in our database 1272 verified directories. The above tool is an automated tool. So errors can apear in submission as directories are changin often the structure.

In comparison with AllSubmitter, very much Simple softwares.
The fixed bases - the main problem.
There is no filling " Categories - select "
    There is no filling checkbox.
    There is no training.
    There are no additional fields.
There is no creation of unique descriptions.
There is no casual choice of descriptions.
There is no half of opportunities :(

Likewise. I paid for it too. I like the ability to customise fields to blank out the recip field, etc.

i have used all three informenter, roboform and digixmas and among all three i can give rating to use for you
    1) informenter - you can use your own directory list to submit so this is best one for directory submission.but for article submission i will go for
    2) Roboform - this is best tool for article submission,i use is with combination of informenter as there is some limitation in roboform so i add some fields in informenter too like username, password, or name, or other small things.

each tool has own benefits. you can use with different combination which help us to improve speed with same result.

AI Roboform has been the best form filler for many years.

There was a software by the name of AddWeb that i bought some years back.
It was effective in bringing traffic.

I'd just like to throw SubmitEaze (submiteaze.com) into the ring; it enables you to do everything you can with RoboForm, i.e. you have complete control over the auto-fill feature and you can add your own fields so it's fully customizable. BUT it's designed specifically with directories in mind - it comes with a huge list of maintained directory lists, you can add your own directories, track submissions, AND you can even find links to your site from the directories (including extracting anchor text and PageRank) so you know if your site has been listed!

It's been around for a couple of years now (we were the first to develop such a tool), and it's tried and tested by thousands of users.

Drop me a PM if you have any questions.
