tracking 202, but nothing compares to the big G.

I just got and installed my analytics, and I LOVE it so far!

depending on your volume there are lots of great free tools. If you can host the analytics yourself, Piwik is a great option. There is also CrawlTrack and TraceWatch.

There are a lot of options in place of Google Analytics such as Statcounter, AWstats etc, but I think GA is the best of them.
I always use GA for viewing the traffic or other details of my site for free. Its a generally used or good program for this purpose.

Onthrax: Let's "cut to the chase" - the short answer is NO. I am no apologist for Google, but they are the center of gravity in online advertising and analytics. Hundreds of programmers are working on improving Google Analytics daily. Go with the best. It's still free! Good luck,

You can use Tracking 202. However, it's a pain to setup IMHO, and is really only useful for quick testing of CPA PPV type campaigns - because you need instant information to avoid getting burned in those markets, and Google is not exactly instantaneous.
