Is there any tool for adsense, which can be used to track from where it can be tracked that which ad got clicked and on which post????
You can setup ad channels to see how each ad is performing. Other than that, use google analytics to see how much each page is performing. Combining these two sources you can pretty much get the picture how to optimize your Adsense monetization. Cheers

Yes, like triman said, you can se up channels and name them whatever. ie: leaderboard center, wide sky left, ..then analytics will tell you which page.
AdSense channel will only tell you which ad units are performing better. It will not tell you any thing about individual ads. No tool exists to my knowledge and I can definitely tell you that I don't have all the knowledge. Cheers
