Is there any accurate keyword tools available for free

Ive been using googles adwords keyword tool but it sucks. It gives different results if you are logged in or out. Is there any really accurate ones or is such a thing impossible because of laws and privacy etc

I am using google keyword adword tool as well, but it gives me correct result. i think you need to click on what keyword result do you want, whether its exact or broad.
