Is there an Indian wake up service?

My roomate is being an asshat and talking on the phone while im trying to sleep. So I plan on schduling a wake up service to ring my land line phone every 1 minute (or until he picks up the phone). Luckily for me, I have a hearing problem so at 3am, only he can hear the phone ringing.

I was hoping for a free indian wake up service so he can't understand what they are saying and be unable to turn it off. Does anyone know of any services? Or a free service that just rings but doesn't answer when you pick up the phone?

He wants to talk on the phone all night, so he'll get the phone call all night.

Which landline are you using ? I think BSNL provides this service. Don't know about other providers.

yeah i thought of the alarm clock thing, but I can hear those and it will wake me up. I can't hear the phone ringing though, so only he can wake up.

Does anyone know of free online wake up calls like www.wakerupper.com service, except with an indian talking non-english or just a dead ringer with no one saying anything when he picks up the phone?

Can't you set up your phone to make the calls automatically? But then he may understand from the caller ID.
