    Where users can login in inquire to some real estate properties? and users can also post if they have a real estate property?

    It's personally-written script, I dont think there's free version of it.

    I think it's a real estate script.. I'm willing to buy if it's cheap.. I found one at hot scripts, but it's quite expensive... :(

    you can try built2go,php realstate etc. lowcost script are avaliable from dotcombuilder,popscript,etc.

    built2go is installed on my server

    oh yes hotproperty component added in joomla makes similar site and joomla is a proper cms.It is a better choice see hotpropery / ezproperty com
