Is there an API for this?

    Hi guys,

    I need an API in which people are able to upload photos and comments etc. to our website. Is there an API for this available somewhere?

    Just API to use with existing code? or a complete premade script ?
    Because for API a programmer will be requiring to know structure of the pages you need to embed this image uploading and rating part.
