Is there an added SEO benefit from hosting on Google?

I'm not the most educated on SEO, its something I'd like to research much more substantially in the future. I'm currently looking to build several websites and the thought occurred to me that although I can buy domains and get hosting in multiple locations around the internet, is there an added SEO benefit from buying the domain from Google and using their servers to host the site?

I'd imagine so, if it were possible. But I don't think there would be any added benefit. Godaddy/NameCheap/Hostgator are all viable options to buy/host domains. There isn't an added benefit from certain domain providers.

You don't Google's search results wouldn't find your website easier if it was hosted by them? Just like its easiest to find youtube videos before all others?

Personally I haven't heard of anything like this happening yet, but I also haven't had a website hosted through Google to find out.

I don't think so. I have seen the Youtube videos being above results, but YT has a PR 8 and their videos get ranked quite easy. As for your question, no. As a person who has worked in SEO for the last 4 years, I can tell you where the domain is hosted has nothing to do with your rankings.
