    i really really need your help here . Please i would like to know if there are any adult PPC / pay per click affiliate programs online ? for example something like adsense ppc but this time for adult content .I would really appreciate your help

    i think blacklabelads.com which is part of adbrite allows it..

    There are some but I think there is no point to use those. Just put some banners on your site promoting affiliate programs and you will make a lot more in the long run
