Is there a WP Theme that can be used for this site?

    i know there will be some customizing/modifying to have similar featured elements but i'm looking for a WP theme that's comparable so i can build a site similar.

    any suggestions would be grateful!

    Why not you get a Custom Wordpress theme similar to JayMarc with your requirements ? If you are looking for any custom Theme, let us know.
