Is there a Wordpress theme or plugin that can do this?

Hi,

I'm looking for a real estate directory theme / plugin that has the following functionality:

- agents can sign up and list properties (they pay each time they list)
- properties can be found via a search

The only ones I have found are for your own real estate agency, rather I want to use it as a directory for agents to list properties and pay for their listings.

Is there anything that does this?

There is one theme by Gorilla Themes call Smooth real estate. The demo is here - http://gorillathemes.com/demo/smooth/.

You can make this for multiple agents and also they can submit their own listings. But it is a paid theme....
