like the main blog posts on main section of the site but on one of the sidebars have like "less important" blog posts. sorta like 2 wordpresses in one.

Define "less important". Have you posted all such posts in a particular category? If so, choose to display only feeds from that category using Feeder. I'm sure Feeder can be used for this purpose. So if there's any other doubt, contact Subbu, the author of the plugin. I'm sure he'll be glad to help.
