Is there a wordpress plug in that will do this?

Does anyone know if there is a wordpress plug in, that will allow me to use icons for my main menu navigation, instead of text?

 

I know a plugin that let's you combine the icons and text. I'm using it on The World of Office Tips and Tricks.

I'm using this one for my posts http://submarine.wordpress.com/wordpress/ (do note that there is a new version coming, this one isn't working perfect.)
