    Like there are websites like cafepress.com for designers who upload their designs to make money.

    Also istock photos for photographers to make money.

    Any for programmers?

    google for shareware or freeware programs. you will also find sites such as www.codeproject.com which offers software for FREE. If you have a program you want to sell your best best is to offer it at one of the shareware sites you find with google.
