There are several websites which have a toolbar PageRank of 10, which are listed by SeoCompany.ca at http://www.seocompany.ca/pagerank/pr-10-pages.php

Yep, you're correct in that 10 is the highest value in the current format in which Google publishes PageRank - there are no sites with 11 or higher.

Google of course is easiest one for page rank 10.

Totally correct. PR10 is usually associated with Google's own sites - very few non-Google sites have PR10, but one example that does is StatCounter.

The list is outdated, some of those links report a PR of 9. Of course it might be a mistake from the FF plugin I use, but I doubt it.

Seems like a lot of deserving websites aren't PR 10.

Anyway - that's interesting - where P10 comes from? Maybe some link backs from PR11? ;) I just wonder :)
