    I use the URL channels...But it only limits to 200...is there another way other than the URL channels?...thank you guys...

    Sure,

    Just link Adsense to your analytics account, and then you can track any number by website.

    This is assuming you are using Google analytics on each site.

    Once you link your adsense account to your google analytics account then yes it will. It even shows your keywords that are getting the clicks. Pretty cool!

    yes it can track from sites with analytics linked to adsense. But in new adsense interface you don't even have to use url channels anymore since it can show you earnings and stats by sites, automatically without doing anything as setup.

    1000 sites ....man .....I can only imagine what the revenue can be and plus the difficulty in setting them up .

    You can do it if and only if you add more web sites as new properties into the same account using via settings, then you can link your adsense account only to that account not to the others.
