    Hi,

I am a real estate agent in Southern Utah, I am looking for a way to search for old domains (like registared 2000 or earlier) that have a couple backlinks or whatever and contains Southern Utah. Is there a way to search for this?

Sure, just do a whois search (whois.sc). Just search for the domains you like and check the registration date. You can then type the domain at http://www.urltrends.com and check the pagerank, backlinks, etc. Other than that, Im not sure.

Use URLTrends.com. It tells you the real reg date *most of the time*.
Whois is extremely unreliable. The dates of dropped domains may change.
If you have a budget on this, try to buy whois history access. This is the only reliable way to check it.

Like drig said your search is too narrowed
So it's better to find the names you want and then check if the comply with the 'old' criteria
My estimation is that it will requires at least enough amount of time
