I have a few domains that I run wordpress blogs. There must be an easy way to manage multiple blogs. It's a big hassle to update plugin's, wordpress versions and all the other little tweaks.

    What do you guys use?

I think that depends on your perspective. If you are the administrator of many individual Wordpress blogs, "complicated" may be a godsend.

I tend to keep a single install list that I then FTP up to my various domains. Not the most efficient, but it does work. Wordpress MU is more for building out a blog network and it puts restrictions on things like plugins (which can be overridden), and also templates.
